Numbers DO Lie: Leading a Measurement Revolution

Scroll Down for a Preview of this Program

Christopher Meyer
Chairman
Strategic Alignment Group

Program Highlights:

  • The cost of mistakes in measurement.

  • Who should do the measuring?

  • Six steps to bring systems of measurement into line.

Quite often companies measure the wrong things, have the wrong people doing it, and give too much credence to the results. To combat these problems Dr. Meyer provides a six step solution that will isolate what has to be changed, outline new measures to be implemented, establish who should do the measuring, and how the new processes can be brought into line with corporate strategy.

Christopher Meyer is Principal and Member of the Board of Directors of Integral, Inc. He received his Doctoral and Masters degrees from the University of Southern California and his Bachelors in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. He is the author of Fast Cycle Time: How to Align Purpose, Strategy & Structure for Speed, Free Press, 1993, detailing how to transform a traditional firm into a fast cycle competitor.
