Jennifer Chatman is a leading scholar in the areas of developing and managing organizational culture and employee commitment. Her articles appear frequently in leading academic journals, and she is a member of the editorial board of Administrative Science Quarterly and the California Management Review. Her consulting clients include CitiCorp, PG&E, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Big Six public accounting firms.
