Scroll Down for a Preview of this Program

Jeff Rodek
Executive Chairman of the Board
Hyperion

Program Highlights:

  • Your employees and the importance of customer satisfaction.

  • An open door policy does not always work.

  • How your company can get results.

Many companies have gone through the agonizing process of reducing costs, laying off employees, and re-structuring all with a view to establishing a base for the future. Having accomplished that objective it is necessary to return to a heavy emphasis on productivity and growth as part of your future strategy. This will lead back to the traditional and important roles of attracting the right people, training them properly, and using communication and motivation to ensure that the requirements of customer satisfaction, accountability, and a focus on the bottom line are fully understood by all. Both bottom and top line performance must be managed and managed well.

Jeff Rodek previously served as president and COO of Ingram Micro, Inc. after 16 years at Federal Express Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in business administration from Ohio State University.
